As the pioneer of the ConsignMed model, Noemi began her career in research as an independent monitor. Ten years in healthcare administration and the start up of over 40 small businesses prepared Noemi for the exciting ventures in clinical research. Academic focus in business and nursing underscore the varied professional experiences.
As a founding partner of ConsignMed, Inc., Chris has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing. He has started and developed several companies in the past, and has a passion for entrepreneurial ventures. Chris attended San Diego State University, where he studied business and public administration.
As Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Business Development, Lori
lends over nine years of management experience in the staffing industry. Clients
such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Merck have benefited from her
onsite account management skills. Lori’s niche experience and
overall expertise align with ConsignMed’s boutique approach to talent
acquisition. Based in New Jersey, she heads up our fast-paced
East Coast division. Lori
attended Rutgers University, where she studied psychology.
As the Human Resources Manager, Delana lends nine years experience in
finance, payroll and administration. Delana came to us highly
recommended from one of our key advisors. Her background provides the insight
needed to run multiple aspects of ConsignMed's operational growth. Delana's
knowledge and expertise are instrumental in supporting and maintaining
the foundation of the organization.
