What Our Partners Are Saying

Case Study

In 2008, CMI was presented with the opportunity to adopt a group of per diems for a Fortune 500 company. We were tasked with the job of reviewing existing staff and auditing records to ensure compliance with client protocols and credentialing requirements. Part of this undertaking including, verifying clear and complete background checks and drugs screens, compliance with annual training, and convert these specialists to a standardized payroll process. CMI was able to transition this initial team of per diem specialists to our umbrella and adopt this process for future onboards. This unique program resulted in a flexible field support team of vetted, credentialed and uniformly trained Clinical Specialists. At one point, and FDA audit was performed and CMI was able to efficiently provide audit-ready data to easily meet compliance requirements. Since then, CMI has continued to help a multitude of clients ranging in size from start up to Fortune 500. Our signature process provides clients with extremely flexible work force solutions for seamless augmentation of existing staff and scalability, whether higher or lower.

Client Testimonial

“I just wanted to thank you and ConsignMed for all of your support over the years. As you know, I am retiring at the end of the month and as I look back over all the changes in our business, per diems have had a huge, positive impact on my business.

Per diems have saved us on many occasions. They support our physicians, our reps and sometimes office staffs (in support of patients.) They collect loaner kits off of loading docks and rush to Fed Ex to return kits. They deal with multiple SOP’s in multiple hospitals with multiple vendor policies. Sometimes they get very short notice to be at a different hospital or a case is early/late/canceled. All the while, they are expected to be pleasant, cooperative, flexible, and meet the needs of various people in the OR setting.

ConsignMed meets our needs in on-boarding per diems quickly and efficiently. The digital based trained combined with the field training gives us all confidence that the per diem can do the job and know that they have support when needed. They were particularly critical to our success the past year as we dealt with inventory issues.

I’ve always enjoyed working with you and your staff. Everyone has always been very timely and responsive to me when I’ve asked.”
